Since we’ve made the switch to using grass-fed, cultured butter, we have all enjoyed the taste of REAL butter and appreciate all the vitamins that come along with it. What we don’t appreciate so much is the inability to spread the butter easily. Enter the L. Tremain Butter Bell Crock!
This neat little crock allows you to keep your butter fresh at room temperature (aka spreadable)! The box says it “is the traditional French method of serving and storing butter for easy spreading.” Cool!
How does it work? Easy! You pack your butter (it holds one full stick) into the top. Then you fill the bottom with about 1/3 cup of water. The water creates an airtight seal that keeps your butter fresh. All you need to do is replace the water every 3 days with fresh, cold water to keep your butter.
It’s super easy, and it’s awesome having delicious, spreadable butter. This crock comes in lots of colors, I have the Antique Finish, White Linen color. You can check out all of the color and style variations at the L. Tremain site. This little crock is awesome!
