My kids love this smoothie in the morning as part of their breakfast. They have it every day! I love that before 10 am they’ve already had a couple servings of raw fruits and vegetables! I make this in my Vitamix because cleanup is a snap, but you could make this in a blender as well.
- 1 banana
- A big handful of baby carrots
- A big handful of spinach
- Frozen berries (about 1 cup)
- Coconut milk (or whatever kind of milk you use)
- Simply blend it up until smooth and enjoy!
Makes 2-3 cups of smoothie, and I split it between the two of them. :) If I’m making this for myself, I eliminate the banana and add in some protein powder and some coconut butter. Yum!
