For me, the key to serving lots of veggies is keeping them simple. We love this recipe for asparagus. It’s so easy we even make it for lunch and snacks.
- Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Clean asparagus and snap off the ends.
- Arrange spears in a single layer on baking sheet.
- Spray/drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake on 400 for about 10 minutes.
Delicious! You can add some fresh grated parmesan cheese too if you want :)
